Returns
We accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of delivery or pickup date. Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Accessories (including jewelry, hats, etc.)
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at [demiross2002@gmail.com] with your order number. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.
Local Pickup Orders
Return window begins the day your order is marked ready for pickup.
